WHO IS IT FOR?

The Health & Wellness Support Membership is a Platform for Jack Goatcher Fitness & Performance to support your Lifestyle, fitness & wellbeing goals, with a structured approach with management support, accountability and education with some group online fitness classes and in person meet ups included.

Giving you and your goals the support it needs with an experienced personal Trainer without necessarily the investment in personal training sessions, as well as becoming part of a likeminded community of people who share the same interest in health & Wellbeing and are also being supported by each other and jack to enable us all to be the best version of ourselves.

HOW COULD THIS BENEFIT ME?

This is the programme for you if you are, either someone who wants to get started but doesn't know how or lacks confidence in knowing what to do to manage a healthy sustainable lifestyle. Maybe you are someone who trains consistently already but results have plateaued, and wants to gain a further understanding into a more advanced training philosophy.

If you're someone who has niggling injuries keep creeping in, just as you feel you are making progress, and you need to focus on some mobility training.

`maybe you don't like gyms, or want to experience personal training support before you invest in coaching sessions. The List is endless, This membership will keep you motivated, accountable to your own targets and disciplined every step of the way.

SUNDAY FOCUS 'THREE'

This will be posted into the group first thing on a Sunday morning, aiming to get you to plan your week ahead, and come up with one focus in each of the following areas .

1. Mindset, Lifestyle & Daily Habits

2. Training & Recovery

3. Nutrition

MONDAY CARDIO CLUB

Every Monday evening at 17:40pm until 18:20pm, I will be at the front of perch gym, to support you and give you the opportunity to start your week off with a lower body stretch, plus a 30 minute walk or run and install the ‘never miss a Monday’ habit mindset. Habits are built on routine times & locations, so getting into this one, with other like minded people and your coach is going to be so effective, and a positive start to the week.

Feel free to bring a plus one.

TUESDAY & THURSDAY TIPS, TASKS & TUTORIALS

Tips, life hacks, self development tasks & Tutorials will be provided from all areas of health fitness and wellbeing giving you all of the tools to tackle challenges that life throws at you.

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Every Wednesday at 17:30pm until 18:00pm I will be delivering an online Mobility class on Zoom for you to join. If you can’t make that time don’t panic, it will be recorded and shared within the Membership Group.

The link for the class will be posted into the group during the day on Wednesday for you to join.

FRIDAY FOCUS CHECK-IN

A post will go out on Friday’s to check in and reflect on the week and the targets you set yourself for the week and celebrate the wins & achievements.

Hi, I'm Jack Goatcher, I have been a Personal Trainer now for over 10 years, With a background of Sports & Exercise Science following graduation from University of Brighton in 2011, I've continued my passion for understanding and optimising Human Performance, by continuing my professional development with many workshops & courses including the UKSCA, most recently becoming a functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist using Dr Andre Spina's FR System. I thrive on continuing to learn & share knowledge and experiences using this to Inspire others to become the best version of themselves.
