WHO IS IT FOR?

The 'INTRODUCTION PACKAGE' is a Bespoke coaching package that has been professionally designed to follow on from the initial consultation and get you off the ground working with you on the opening stages of the journey to achieving your goal. Providing you with a further insight into what it would be like to work with me. Utilising my expertise and giving you a platform to progress, with or without further personal training.

HOW COULD THIS BENEFIT ME?

Whether you are new to the gym, or have been thinking of starting personal training, but want to try it, before committing to a trainer.

Or even if your experienced in a gym based setting but your training results have plateaued, or niggling injuries keep creeping in and you want to have a professional assess how your body is functioning within your fundamental movement patterns and hopefully solve these bio-mechanical issues, and offer advice and exercises to takeaway and work on. HOW IS THE PACKAGE DELIVERED?

IT Will start with a Movement Assessment that will provide us with the platform to identify any mobility Issues, muscle imbalances and movement pattern areas for development, for us to focus on within the initial design of the training programme. This will limit injury risk to support a consistent start to your new Fitness Journey, and build positive mobility habits right from the start.

Following the joint movement analysis session we will then look at the fundamental movement patterns of the body, and assess how your functioning in multi joint movements. Using both of these analysis methods we will have the perfect foundations to start to build your programme towards your goal, with any injury risks now managed, giving you more confidence, when training towards your goal.

Alongside these two methods of assessments, we will look into your lifestyle, daily habits and nutrition, identifying where we can make improvements and positively impact your goal in those areas of your life, giving you the belief you can manage your goal 24/7. This component is the key to success in any goal, and will fast track you to where you want to be.

Hi, I'm Jack Goatcher, I have been a Personal Trainer now for over 10 years, With a background of Sports & Exercise Science (Bsc) following graduation from University of Brighton in 2011, I've continued my passion for understanding and optimising Human Performance, by continuing my professional development with many workshops & courses including the UKSCA, most recently becoming a functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) using Dr Andre Spina's FR System. I thrive on continuing to learn & share knowledge and experiences using this to Inspire others to become the best version of themselves.
