With FREEDOM FITNESS you have access to jack's support online each day, with the bespoke training programme designed for you. Utilise all of the available resources within the membership portal to support & manage your health. Including the 'joint optimising', series of 'Follow Along' On demand Home Mobility Classes taken by Jack.
Twice a month you have your 1:1 Personal Training Sessions in person, ensuring you are on the right track, and leave the session, empowered ready for a successful month ahead.
This package gives you the freedom to develop your health around your busy life, without detracting from a coach's support, due to the expertly designed management system!

Following on from the INTRODUCTION PACKAGE that provided us with the platform to identify any mobility Issues, muscle imbalances and movement pattern areas for development. As well as training style preferences and lifestyle management This package is designed to work around your body, your life and your goal.
The training programme will be in Four weekly training Blocks and will be delivered to you daily, with exercise videos provided. Your progress will be scheduled weekly, based on your performance ensuring you can train with confidence & determination without having negative thoughts towards injury risk or experiencing burn out.
Throughout your training block, alongside your two monthly personal training sessions, their will be weekly performance self check ins for you to complete as well as a built-in results tracker to regularly monitor progress and help keep you motivated to keep up your great work into the next training Block.
*This a monthly subscription with a Three Month Minimum commitment to your goal. Giving you the time it takes to really see a difference.
