WHO IS IT FOR?

'FIT4LIFE' is a Bespoke small group coaching package for any individual who is looking to gain direction towards becoming the best version of themselves.

This package provides you with two sixty-minute Personal Training session's per week, delivered with other likeminded people within a small group setting, this coaching method will ensure your intentions are meeting the demands of your goal. Filling you with confidence you are on the path to success.

As a highly valued member of Jack Goatcher Fitness & Performance you will be fully supported throughout the week outside of your training sessions, with a variety of services such as the ' Follow Along On demand' Mobility Classes, Habit Plans, tips, tutorials and educational resources to support all areas of your health, fitness and wellbeing.

This is the programme for you if you are either someone who wants to get started but doesn't know how, or lacks confidence in the gym, or maybe even someone who trains consistently already but results have plateaued, or niggling injuries keep creeping in. Just as you feel you are making progress.

HOW IS THE PACKAGE DELIVERED?

Following on from your 'FIT4Life Introduction Package' where we identified any mobility issues, muscle imbalances and movement pattern areas for development.

We will now begin the training programme designed around you and your goals, alongside other likeminded people for extra motivation and support. This isn’t a one size fits all approach, and will be tailored to you in the following format.

The training programme will be in Four weekly training Blocks and will be delivered to you daily, with exercise videos provided. Your programme progression suggestions will be scheduled weekly, based on your recent performance and wellbeing, ensuring you can train with confidence & determination without having negative thoughts towards injury risk or experiencing burn out.

'Our main focus is to maintain a positive mindset & focus through times of adversity that is unfortunately likely to occur in life at some point in your journey and attempt to derail your progress. I will help you pivot and adapt accordingly to keep you on track.' This is the KEY TO SUCCESS!

Throughout your training block, alongside your small group personal training sessions, their will be weekly performance self check ins for you to complete, as well as a built-in results tracker, to regularly monitor your progress. Helping keep you motivated to keep up your great work into the next training Block.

*This a monthly subscription, with a Three Month Minimum commitment to your goal. Giving you the time it takes to really see a difference.

Hi, I'm Jack Goatcher, I have been a Personal Trainer now for over 10 years, With a background of Sports & Exercise Science (Bsc) following graduation from University of Brighton in 2011, I've continued my passion for understanding and optimising Human Performance, by continuing my professional development with many workshops & courses including the UKSCA, most recently becoming a functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) using Dr Andre Spina's FR System. I thrive on continuing to learn & share knowledge and experiences using this to Inspire others to become the best version of themselves.
