If you want to put even more time into your health, you can complete the On demand 'Follow along' Mobility Classes & utilise a variety of other support resources available within the Membership Portal.
Having that extra 1:1 time with jack to help FAST TRACK your results and give you further direction towards becoming the best version of yourself, you can be sure your performances will meet the demands of your goal.

Our first session will begin with a Movement analysis & Lifestyle Screening to provide us with the platform to identify any mobility issues, muscle imbalances and movement pattern areas for development, for us to focus on within the initial design of the training programme. This will limit injury risk to support a consistent start to your new Fitness Journey, and build positive mobility habits right from the start.
The training programme will be in Four weekly training Blocks and will be delivered to you daily, with exercise videos provided. Your progress will be scheduled weekly, based on your performance ensuring you can train with confidence & determination without having negative thoughts towards injury risk or experiencing burn out.
Throughout your training block, alongside your twice a week personal training session, their will be weekly performance self check ins for you to complete as well as a built-in results tracker to regularly monitor progress and help keep you motivated to keep up your great work into the next training Block.

Hi, I'm Jack Goatcher, I have been a Personal Trainer now for over 10 years, With a background of Sports & Exercise Science (Bsc) following graduation from University of Brighton in 2011, I've continued my passion for understanding and optimising Human Performance, by continuing my professional development with many workshops & courses including the UKSCA, most recently becoming a functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) using Dr Andre Spina's FR System.
